| Distribution of Roxio
Products Roxio distributes its software globally through strategic partnerships with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), retail distributors and directly over the Internet. Customers may also purchase Roxio's products directly via their website www.roxio.com. Many of the world's largest OEMs, such as, Dell, HP, Sony, bundle Roxio software with their digital media hardware (i.e. PCs, CD recorders, DVD recorders, digital cameras, camcorders, printers, scanners, PDAs, MP3 players, cell phones, pc accessories). Roxio also sells its products through major retailers including Best Buy, CompUSA, Fry's Electronics and Staples, along with Internet and catalogue retailers such as Amazon.com and PC Connection and mass merchants Target and Walmart. In addition, Roxio provides the CD recording technology for Windows XP, Microsoft's Windows Media Player, Pressplay, the online music subscription service from Universal and Sony, and Audible.com, the Internet's leading provider of premium spoken word audio.
